The Inalienable Right to a Remote

I can hardly believe it. Only yesterday my husband and I were discussing whether we should get a new TV or not, since we had to get a converter box just to hook up our DVD player. We decided not to bother for now. No, we're not living under the poverty line. We just don't care that much about having the latest technology. Well, guess what? Congress is coming to our rescue!
